Pamela Brown, PMP

Pamela is an experienced human resources transformation professional with over 20 years experience serving the energy, publishing, engineering, construction, technology, telecommunications, healthcare, retail and transportation industries.

She has both hands on and leadership experience helping to guide teams of 2 – 40+ resources to success. She has excellent customer service capabilities and is able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to all levels in the organization from front-line employees to the C-Suite. She is a results-oriented manager that excels at working with distressed projects to get them back on track. She maintains a positive work environment for both team members and clients.

When not helping organizations with their transformation initiatives, Pamela enjoys riding dressage (poorly) on her spotted horse, spending time with her nieces, participating in community activities in her local HR professional organization and sharing her off-beat sense of humor with those she knows.
